• Asbestos Surveys and Bulk Sampling: Arose Environmental conducts certified asbestos inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including pre-renovation and pre-demolition surveys in compliance with AHERA and NESHAP requirements. Bulk material sampling is analyzed by accredited laboratories, with results documented in detailed reports suitable for contractors, property owners, and regulatory agencies. Arose also performs in-field asbestos air clearances using phase contrast microscopy (PCM) in accordance with NIOSH 582 analytical methodology, and participates in the AIHA Proficiency Analytical Testing (PAT) program to ensure ongoing quality assurance. Arose holds active asbestos inspector certifications in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. 

• Mold and Fungal Investigations: We perform comprehensive mold and fungal assessments using air sampling, surface sampling, and tape-lift collection analyzed by accredited laboratories. Investigations include moisture mapping, thermal imaging, and HVAC evaluation to identify root causes rather than surface conditions alone. Reports are written for both technical and non-technical audiences and meet the documentation standards required for remediation contractors and insurance carriers.

• Lead Inspections and Dust Wipe Clearance: Arose Environmental holds active lead inspector certifications through the EPA, as well as HUD lead visual assessment credentials. Services include lead paint inspections, risk assessments, and post-renovation dust wipe clearance sampling in compliance with EPA RRP requirements under 40 CFR Part 745.

• Indoor Air Quality (IAQ): Our IAQ assessments address airborne contaminants including mold, bacteria, and particulates, supported by HVAC system evaluation, thermal imaging, and moisture diagnostics. We also provide volatile organic compound (VOC) sampling using Summa canisters for laboratory analysis. We serve residential, commercial, and institutional clients, providing clear findings and actionable recommendations for remediation or preventive measures. 

• Soot and Combustion Byproduct Sampling: Following fire or smoke events, Arose Environmental provides comprehensive soot and combustion byproduct sampling to document the extent of contamination and support restoration scope development. Sampling methods are selected based on site conditions and may include air sampling, surface wipe sampling, swab sampling, tape-lift collection, and bulk material sampling. Results are analyzed by accredited laboratories and documented in reports suitable for insurance carriers, restoration contractors, and property owners. 

• Post-Remediation Verification (PRV): Following water damage mitigation or mold remediation, Arose Environmental conducts post-remediation verification to confirm that affected areas meet clearance standards prior to reconstruction. PRV services include air and surface sampling, moisture readings, thermal imaging, and written documentation for restoration contractors, property owners, and insurers.
